Having been an automotive technician since 18 years of age, holding an automotive degree from Lincoln Technical Institute and several Automotive Service Excellence certificates, Steve Cusumano started working automotive side jobs to  pay his way through college. In the process of acquiring a Bachelor degree in Business management his automotive repair business grew substantially only by word of mouth. The name I FIX M came from a brain storming session from a group of students working together in one of his advertising classes. Upon graduating college Steve went on to manage several major automotive chain stores. Unhappy with corporate business practices he left the corporate world and opened his own Automotive repair business ” I FIX M “. With a desire to serve the customers needs first, I FIX M has grown by earning a reputation of honesty and integrity.
